Early-warning signs and measurement points for the WA-series wheel loaders. A pump rarely dies suddenly; it signals for weeks first.
When the trio of whistle-like cavitation noise, oil temperature running 8–10°C above normal, and lengthening lift times appears, do not postpone a pressure test. Early intervention saves the valve block and cylinder seals along with the pump.
